Founder of Hampshire Land Lettings & Sales with 30+ Years in the Industry
With over three decades of experience in the property industry across Hampshire and Wiltshire, I’ve built a career on honest advice, deep local knowledge, and a commitment to doing things properly. From residential sales and lettings to land development and valuations, I’ve handled a wide range of property matters — always putting clarity, professionalism, and client satisfaction first.
Hampshire Land Lettings & Sales was born from a desire to offer something more personal and attentive than many large agencies provide. I believe in straight-talking advice, being readily available, and building lasting relationships with my clients. Richard Oliver, owner of Hampshire Land Lettings & Sales, takes great pride in supporting local and national causes.
Most notably, Richard is a dedicated supporter of The Countess of Brecknock Hospice in Andover and continues to raise awareness for the incredible work they do. In July 2025, he completed the Jurassic Coast Mighty Hike, a full marathon along one of the UK’s most challenging coastal routes, raising £1,300 for Macmillan Cancer Support. His commitment to giving back reflects the same values he brings to his business — care, dedication, and a drive to make a positive impact.
